The Challenge

Advertising sales on the British Riding Club’s Rider magazine was historically under-resourced, and consequently the function underperformed. It was clear that the organisation needed to outsource the sales role to a team that could dedicate more time to it.

Our Solution

We immediately dedicated more resource to selling Horse and Rider, and concentrated on building stronger relationships with advertisers. Better packages were introduced, and rates upheld. The result is that advertising revenue in Rider magazine has increased by more than 193%.

The Client

British Riding Clubs is a body made up of more than 430 Affiliated Clubs and 21 Riding Centres and in excess of 36,000 members. The clubs span right across the UK, from the Orkneys to the Channel Islands.
