The Challenge

Indaba, in South Africa, is the must-attend event for more than 13,000 travel professionals from around the world. Naturally, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts wanted to drive as much traffic to its stand as possible, as well as promoting its President’s Club loyalty recognition program.

Our Solution

We delivered a direct mail campaign that showcased Fairmont as an international brand, rather than a local African luxury chain. It encouraged delegates to visit the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts stand by giving them the chance to win a luxury weekend at one of its amazing resorts. The campaign was delivered via Fairmont’s properties around the world, and at Durban International Airport.

We promoted Fairmont President’s club with a series of posters strategically placed at Durban International Airport. Running with the theme ‘It’s all about you’ Fairmont Presidents Club recognises guest’s passions and fulfills the desire to make them real.
