The Challenge

After making a significant investment renovating this luxury retreat in the Caribbean, Fairmont was keen to reach out to its loyal customer base, and help new holiday makers discover this charming boutique hotel.

Our Solution

Our integrated marketing campaign combined a direct mail creative and html email to drive traffic to a microsite that was exclusively dedicated to promoting the outstanding qualities of the hotel. Central to the campaign was the theme of migrating to the warm Caribbean waters, and copy and imagery suggested a tranquil, blissful environment. A competition to win a weekend at the resort incentivised visitors to visit the microsite, and enabled us to capture profiling data.
