The Challenge

In recent years Fairmont Raffles Hotels International’s (FRHI) Global Meeting Exchange event has become a ‘must’ for all travel agents and event planners seeking inspiration and in-depth knowledge of some of the world’s finest luxury hotels. With this year’s GME being held in the historic city of Berlin, FRHI requested a colourful, engaging and informative microsite with the power to raise interest and anticipation amongst potential delegates.

Our Solution

Created to a tight deadline, the microsite Fellows Media developed for GME Berlin uses interactive elements and a simple but elegant design to present a range of important information – from a comprehensive overview of the event itself, to a detailed itinerary and gallery of images from previous GME events. We even found room to provide a page for key event sponsors, including company logos and biographies!
Awareness of the website, and the Global Meeting Exchange event, was generated through a targeted HTML email campaign, which used iconic images of Berlin and attending FRHI properties.
