Going global with FRHI

The Challenge

Held in an exciting new location every year, the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts’ (FRHI) Global Meeting Exchange (GME) is a world-renowned luxury travel and event planning conference. Ahead of the 2014 event, FRHI approached Fellows Media to produce an inspiring promotional micro-site to engage and inform prospective delegates and give them a flavour of the host city, Abu Dhabi.

Our Solution

Extraordinary events require extraordinary promotion, and innovation was our watchword when it came to producing the micro-site for GME 2014. Striving for elegance and simplicity, we abandoned traditional web design in favour of an eye-catching, single-page scrolling parallax website which incorporated live video sections.

With an elegant black, blue and silver colour scheme, and design inspired by Islamic shapes and patterns, the new site provided conference delegates with a user-friendly and visually appealing window on the world of GME.
