The Challenge

The annual EIBTM expo sees over 15,000 industry professionals from more than 150 countries come together for three days of networking, deal-making, and professional education.
Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) commissioned us to create digital invitations to drive existing and potential clients to join its EIBTM hosted buyer programme.

Our Solution

We created bespoke digital (HTML) invitations for a several of FRHI’s global sales representatives. The invitations used enticing imagery of the EIBTM host city (Barcelona) and some of FRHI’s superb hotels to grab recipients’ attention, and each was tailored to display the contact details and all-important hosted buyer sign-up link of a specific sales representative. These details, when coupled with the capabilities of our advanced email sender, meant sales offices could track exactly who had received the invitation, who had opened it and who had signed up to the hosted buyer programme.
